Grocery list

Sunday: PreparationClose
Preparation

Cook a large quantity of chicken (several breasts or a whole chicken), then freeze it in separate portions. This way, you’ll have precooked meat ready, which you can transform into a meal in no time. Also, remember to keep on hand some frozen uncooked chicken breasts that you can prepare in the blink of an eye!

Preparation
Preparing the chicken
  1. 1. Baste the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven or fry it until the internal temperature reaches 185°F or 85°C. Use a thermometer, if required.
  2. 2. Let the chicken cool, then cut it into portions. Keep the meat in the fridge if you plan to use it within two days. Otherwise, wrap it in separate, dated portions and store it in the freezer.
Side dishes

To make meal planning even easier, you can also prepare a few side dishes ahead of time to serve during the week. Cooked rice and potatoes can be kept refrigerated for several days.
