Once the meal is finished, refrigerate the leftovers you plan to eat within two days, or wrap them in separate portions and store them in the freezer (if the roast wasn't frozen before it was cooked). Voila! You've got handy servings of pre-cooked meat that you can transform in the wink of an eye.

- 1. Place patties on a plate lined with wax paper, then cover with plastic wrap.
- 2. Put them in the freezer for 1 hour or until patties solidify.
- 3. Gently remove patties from plate and place in a sealable plastic bag.
