Using your teriyaki salmon, leftovers, set aside and finely chop the pieces of salmon.

Combine the teriyaki sauce with a little mayonnaise.

In a bowl, pour the sauce on the salmon and mix gently.

Garnish pita breads* cut in two with the mixture, then add a few lettuce leaves.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Serve with your leftover Asian coleslaw.
*For young children, use small pita breads.
