Cook rotini or another short pasta according to the instructions, then drain and let stand.

In a bowl, combine the pasta with diced chicken, chopped celery and carrots, and peas.

Add ranch (or your favourite) dressing, and toss well.

Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
To spice things up, ask your children to add their favourite ingredients. Olives, pickles, red peppers, cheese cubes … there are so many possibilities!
