Chicken quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas per serving
  • Sour cream
  • Grated cheese
  • Salsa
  • Chopped cooked chicken
  1. On large tortillas (adjust the quantity according to the number of people to feed), spread sour cream, grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or Monterey Jack), salsa and chopped cooked chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, then cover with another tortilla.
  2. Bake at 375°F until the tortillas are golden brown and the filling is heated through. You can also fry them in a pan at medium heat.
  3. Allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes, then cut into slices like a pizza.
  4. Serve with sour cream, salsa and lime quarters. For a side dish, try salad or raw vegetables.

You can also add toppings such as green onions, black or green olives, avocado slices, fresh coriander or chili seasoning.
